Frequently Asked Questions
Health anxiety coaching is focused, action-oriented support to help you break the cycles that keep you stuck such as Googling symptoms, body checking, and constantly seeking reassurance.
Rather than just talking about your fears, we actively work on changing how you respond to them so they stop controlling your life.
While I have an educational background and training in psychotherapy, coaching is different from therapy.
Therapy often focuses on treating mental health conditions and exploring past experiences. Coaching is more present and future-focused. Together we work on practical tools, patterns, and behaviours that are keeping you stuck right now.
My coaching is designed for individuals who are ready to actively shift their relationship with anxiety.
This could be a good fit if:
You constantly worry about your health or physical symptoms
You find yourself Googling, checking, or seeking reassurance often
You feel stuck in cycles of “what if” thinking
You’re ready to actively work on changing these patterns
This may not be the right fit if you’re looking for diagnosis, crisis support, or medical advice.
No. Coaching does not replace medical care, therapy, or diagnosis.
Sessions are collaborative, supportive, and practical.
We’ll look at your specific patterns, identify what’s keeping the cycle going, and work on real-time strategies to help you respond differently so that you can start experiencing relief in your day-to-day life.
